Hello! My name is Mackenzie, and the guy on the left is my husband, Dylan. For over 9 years now, we have been serving the pets and families of our local area. I am the owner and groomer at Grand Lake Paws and Claws. You'll often see Dylan helping out with any events! We love caring and connecting with animals and creating everlasting relationships. We provide care for your fur baby as if they were our own, and ensure that they receive the highest quality care while they‘re with us. We always put your pet’s needs before all else. We will go above and beyond to ensure your fur baby is as comfortable as possible from drop off to pick up.

We prioritize creating a calm, warm atmosphere that your pets look forward to coming to and that you feel good leaving them at. Rest assured that we will never perform a service that will cause physical, emotional or mental harm to your fur baby. As the area’s only gentle groomer, you can trust that your pet’s well-being is of the utmost importance to us. Instead of restraints, force or muzzling, we use a handful of gentle tricks and tactics to help your anxious pet feel at ease. I am often described as being an “animal whisperer” and have a calming affect on animals that makes the sometimes difficult grooming process a lot easier for your pet.
